Fiber Optics 101
From Stone Tool to Fiber Optics

Our new program everyone is raving about is called, “History & Technology Worldwide From Stone Tools to Fiber Optics” Where we educate participants on the contributions in technology and science made in the ancient world that gave birth to modern societies. Drones, robots, 2 way radio phones, a better understanding of the history of technology as well as a fiber optics 101 certification will go home with every participant in our program. We were awarded by Baltimore City’s Mayor Brandon Scott and the City council for our program’s ability to reach all ages as well as create employment opportunities for youth workers and adults. Yes, it’s a STEAM program, but the youth workers and adults that participated in the program received a “Fiber Optics 101 Certification” giving them the qualifications to apply and obtain employment in a new career. For the past 10 years we worked in fiber optics obtaining contracts with major companies like,“Facebook, Amazon and Bank Of America”, helping to build the 5G network in the country. Baltimore City has some of the highest crime, drugs and poverty rates in the nation. With our team of fiber optic technicians and engineers, in one session 2 people were able to receive employment.
